About the Client, Employer, or Organization:
Founded in 1993, the Fred Otto DiscoverE program is a not-for-profit organization that puts our participants first. Our goal is to use hands-on programming to educate and inspire youth, building their skills and confidence in engineering and STEM subjects. We work to break down barriers facing underrepresented groups to ensure that all youth have access to our programs.
DiscoverE believes that engineering is for everyone, and we strive to build our team on the foundations of equity, diversity and inclusion. We encourage Indigenous, Black and racialized peoples, persons living with disability and neurodiversity, women, sexual and gender minorities, and members of all minority groups to apply. Join DiscoverE to further our mission of providing fun, hands-on, interactive engineering experiences to youth!
