Job or Opportunity Description:
We are seeking a creative and driven design student to support the development of our art and design studio. This position offers hands-on experience in website development, branding, and market research, blending artistic vision with practical business strategy.
key responsibilities
Maintaining and updating the website, ensuring a visually compelling, user-friendly website for the gallery
Willingness to learn basic accounting skills
Skills in photography and visual composition are an asset
Create engaging content for various digital channels and social media platforms
Applying digital assets including logos, banners, and portfolio displays and adhering to the branding guidelines alongside develop mockups and visual prototypes
Research the competitive landscape of art galleries and online art platforms and analyzing market trends, pricing, customer demographics, and digital presence
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for promotional campaigns, social media presence, and exhibition themes
Contact and connect with local art galleries in an effort to create opportunities for collaboration or exhibition

qualifications
Proficient website building (WIX + Shopify preferred)

Proficient knowledge in Google interface: Google Sheets, Google Docs etc.
