Job Title: Design Consultant

Job or Opportunity Description: As Design Consultant, you are responsible for designing spaces that make your customers’ dreams a reality. You provide a variety of solutions and options for your customer, and you build trust through your enthusiasm and confidence. You are passionate about design, and you love the process of bringing ideas to life. Success in this role comes from self-motivation and taking ownership of your projects from beginning to end.

A great fit for Superior will have completed studies in interior design and have a high degree of professionalism and drive for success. You will come from a similar background in a design consultant role with established relationships within the construction industry that includes home builders, renovation companies, retail clients, and interior designers. You are successful because you love what you do and are excited to help your customers by delivering a quality finished product on time and on budget. You are a natural salesperson who enjoys meeting with customers face-to-face and finding innovative ways to expand your clientele.
